Take Care of Your Mind
Financial stressors are adding to everyone's already heavily burdened lives, to the point where people are snapping left and right and running amok because they can't take it anymore.

This rigged financial market, the nepotism and partiality of the job market, wicked employers that overwork and exploit their employees, and the ridiculous cost of living are all reasons to snap at others and at oneself.

It's important during these economic times to seek escapism as much as possible. Stop watching the news. Do you you love to do outside of your working hours. Please try to avoid moonlighting (working a 2nd job) unless you absolutely have to. The less work you do in a day, the more sanity you can salvage.

Don't let yourself go. Don't eat slop. Don't over-exercise either to cope with the stress and poor diet. Do easy exercise, eat whole foods, and listen to your body. If the YouTube video you're watching is getting you angry, stop immediately and watch something else.

Listen to ASMR, listen to some uplifting music, listen to a podcast, or just be as spontaneous on the web as you can.

Whatever you do, try to have as much fun in your life as possible. Hard to do when working so much, but those few moments of fun are sometimes all you need to help you get through the next day or two.

Never underestimate the power of fun, escapism, and just plain forgetting about your troubles for a few hours.
